 Asean Tourism Forum (ATF) 2024 is taking place in Vientiane from January 22 – 27, 2024.  ATF is one of Asia’s most important annual tourism trade events.

ATF 2024 Theme

The theme is, Quality and Responsible Tourism – Sustaining ASEAN Future..  Forum venue: Lao ITECC Exhibition Center, Vientiane.

The annual forum is hosted on a rotational basis by the 10-member ASEAN countries.  High-level events include meetings of ASEAN Tourism Ministers,  ASEAN national tourist organizations and airlines.

There are also media briefings, a tourism conference, and  Travel Exchange (TRAVEX) trade fair.  This landlocked Southeast Asian nation hopes to attract at least 4.6 million domestic and international tourists, generating revenue of USD 712 million during Visit Laos Year 2024.

At the ASEAN region’s largest annual tourism event, delegates will also have an opportunity to enjoy pre and post tours to experience the beautiful landscape, rich cultural heritage and attractions of this former French colony.
