Italian Cuisine Week Events
To highlight their rich culinary tradition, the Italian government entities initiated the first Annual Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World with the theme, The Extraordinary Italian Taste. Over 1,300 events are expected to be hosted worldwide from the 21st to 27th of this month.
In Vancouver, the Consulate General of Italy, in partnership with the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada West, Italian Cultural Centre, Vancouver Community College, Amici Miei and Bibo Pizzeria have put together six events to showcase the Italian culinary tradition.
Piedmont Truffle and Hazelnut Dinner
This is a superb opportunity to enjoy an exquisite truffle dinner deliciously prepared by internationally renowned Truffle Chef, Carlo Zarri. Zarri was conferred Cavaliere (Knight) of Truffles and Wines at the prestigious International Alba White Truffle Fair in 2014.
