These delicious banana blueberry pancakes are wholesome and packed with healthy ingredients for your heart health and digestion.

2 ripe medium-size bananas, mashed
2 large eggs, beaten
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp blueberry jam or 1/2 cup fresh blueberries


  1. Peel bananas into a bowl and mash them.  Mix mashed bananas with the beaten eggs.
  2. Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat.  Use a non-stick skillet if you have one.
  3. Scoop batter (about 4 tablespoon per pancake) onto heated oil and cook until slightly brown. Flip pancake and cook the other side.
  4. Serve with blueberry jam or fresh blueberries.
