This is a refreshing dairy and refined sugar-free treat with an exotic twist for the health-conscious.

2 oz Ketel One Citroen
5 oz Cold Steeped Chamomile Tea
2 oz Liquid Honey
2 oz Lemon Juice
8 – 10 drops Marrakech Bitters

  1. Combine and stir all the ingredients.
  2. Pour the mixture into your popsicle mold. Insert the popsicle stick. Freeze until solid, 4 – 5 hours, or overnight.
  3. To un-mold the pops, fill your sink with hot water. Immerse the mold up to but no past the top rim. Hold for 15 seconds, then remove from the water and slip the popsicle out.

For cocktail, omit direction 1 and 2.
